Organic children's clothes

There is a plethora of different brands and manufacturers. What to choose and should you pay extra for children's clothing that is organic? Cotton is actually by far the most sprayed crop in the world. Several hundred carcinogenic chemicals used in production of garments. Of the 700 000 tonnes of DDT produced each year, half are used in the textile industry. Chemicals are used throughout the production chain, from cultivation to bleaching, dyeing and finishing of the fabric, which naturally affects mostly the people who reside in the manufacturing sector, but also those who buy and wear clothes. The aim of organic farming is to create a sustainable farm where the use of natural resources takes place without the environmental and health hazardous side effects. Organic cotton is grown, therefore, entirely without pesticides or chemical fertilizers. In the end, benefit both producer and consumer of organic process. Organic farming and processing of cotton leads to people in the production chain do not have to sacrifice the lives and health due to unsuitable working environment, while the consumer gets a product that is free from allergy-causing chemicals.
